      Growing up in section 8 housing, I always wanted to live on my own terms and start a business. I never felt happy working for somebody else. My pride and drive are what made me begin my first courier business. However, things failed at the beginning. I then understood that this game wasn't going to be as easy as I thought it would be, as my street ways got caught in the middle of my business.

      My lack of professionalism led me to lose my first contract, but I didn't let that stop me from achieving my goals. Despite the fact that I had very little knowledge of the courier business and hardly knew anyone I could seek help from in the field, I was confident that I would excel in this industry.

      In 2018, I started Castelano Delivery and have since been able to grow my business to a fleet of over 3 box trucks and 3 cargo vans with over 15 independent subcontractors working for me although I started my courier business 6 years prior with no LLC.

      Wow…. Looking back now to how I began with only one car… I can see that I have truly come a very long way and it feels amazing!
